Guildford Planning website has a “Non-Material Amendment” ref 19/N/00140 to the planning approval for Guildford Station redevelopment by Solum. It is to allow the relocation of cycle parking to a storage facility fronting Walnut Tree Close. It seems a sensible move. The application is already approved so there is no consultation period, but it may be possible to influence details of the design.
