G-BUG joins Community Liaison Group for Former Wisley Airfield Development

G-BUG has joined the Community Liaison Group for the former Wisley Airfield development (“Wisley Village”). The Group has been established by the developers, Taylor Wimpey, and comprises local residents groups and also RHS Wisley. G-BUG will press for the best possible cycle links for the new community, and for improvements for all cyclists in the area. This will include supporting the new cycleway proposed by Highways England as part of the M25 Junction 10/ A3 widening project, and safe links to local stations and towns (the Horsleys, Effingham Junction, Ripley, Guildford, Cobham, Byfleet).
