GBUG have met with the council and the developer Markides Associates in 2023 to discuss GBUG’s detailed comments on the proposals.

One of GBUG’s ideas was to upgrade the pedestrian crossing across Woking Road A320 to Almond Close in Bellfields, to a pedestrian/cyclist crossing, and the upgrade of this crossing is already being consulted on by Surrey County Council.

GBUG are to be invited to be part of a steering group for the development.

Further information on the development can be found on the dedicated website.
